Robert Uhler Robert Uhler is the primary contact for members’ day-to-day needs. He travels
when needed to assist members with issues and to promote the many MLA programs. He joined MLA in August 2010. Uhler was previously with a well-known industry distributor. Being a 20-year veteran in the building industry, he brings that experience to members in assisting them as a resource to their businesses. He assists MLA members throughout the territory, participates in industry events and encourages membership and participation in MLA. His industry background combined with products and services available through the Association can provide the solutions to many dilemmas dealers face in their day-to-day operations. |

Bob Charbonneau, CPA, CVA Bob is MLA’s resident CPA and holds the CVA (certified valuation analyst) designation. He handles all of the financials for MLA. Some of the services he provides for members include tax planning and preparation, monthly and quarterly financial statements, sales tax returns and complete business valuations. |

De Mychalczuk When you place orders with MLA, De takes care of all the details. If you order roof framer books, a Powr-ladder, custom or stock forms, or ad specialty items, De is the one who makes sure you receive what you order. De is usually the friendly voice that answers your phone calls. |

Sara Scroggins Sara handles all the data entry for MLA. Any changes in address, personnel, phone
numbers, e-mail addresses or any other pertinent contact information for both
retail and associate members are handled by Sara. |
