As a member, you are afforded various opportunities to engage with other association members while gaining access to member-only programs, services, and discounts. MLA has 3 categories of membership: Retail Dealer Single Location: A lumber and building material retail operation with no more than one (1) store location. Location must have normal business hours and stock a full line of inventory commensurate with the demands of the community. Retail Dealer Membership Application Retail Multiple Yard Dealer: A lumber and building material retail operation with two or more locations. Locations must have normal business hours and stock a full line of inventory commensurate with the demands of the community. Membership dues are based upon the sales volume of the company as a whole with additional locations paying a branch (additional location) fee. Retail Multi-Yard Membership Application Retail Multi-Yard Renewal Form Associate/Supplier: A manufacturer, wholesaler and/or distributor who supplies lumber and/or building materials to retail lumber dealers. This also includes service providers such as credit card processors, insurance companies, etc. Membership dues are based upon manufacturing/non-manufacturing companies. Associate Application/Renewal Form Retired Dealers: For those individuals who have dedicated their career to the lumber and building material industry. Dealer and suppliers retirees are eligible.
